Job Summary

As a UX Designer at Nexora Technologies, you will be responsible for creating and improving user interfaces that are intuitive, accessible, and engaging. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to research user needs, develop wireframes and prototypes, and implement designs that align with Nexora’s high standards. Your role will involve ensuring that products are visually appealing and easy to use while meeting business goals. You will play a key role in designing experiences that millions of users interact with daily.

Key Responsibilities:

User Research & Analysis

  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to understand customer behaviors, pain points, and expectations.
  • Analyze data, user feedback, and industry trends to make informed design decisions.
  • Work closely with UX researchers to test prototypes and validate design choices

Design & Prototyping

  • Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
  • Develop intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces that align with Google’s design system (Material Design).
  • Ensure consistency in branding, typography, and color schemes across all platforms.

Usability Testing & Iteration

  • Conduct A/B testing, usability studies, and heatmap analysis to evaluate user interactions.
  • Collect user feedback and iterate on designs based on data-driven insights.
  • Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG guidelines) to enhance usability for all users, including those with disabilities UX

Collaboration & Communication

  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to understand customer behaviors, pain points, and expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, interaction design, or visual design.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Photoshop.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
  • Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts to stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus but not required.
